Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy

At Tiffany Watch Straps, we aim to provide you with quality products and a seamless experience. This policy explains when returns and refunds are available and how to request them.

1. Order Cancellations — Prepaid and Partial COD

Cancellations are not accepted once the order is placed. The same extends to Partial COD as well. The advance paid plus the COD fee are non-refundable in case of cancellations.

2. Returns and Refunds — When Eligible

Returns and refunds are available if:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect (e.g., wrong model, size, or color).
• You notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear evidence (photos/videos).

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind or if the product simply fails to meet personal expectations.

3. Evidence and Unboxing

To support your claim, we require you to record a full, uncut unboxing video showing the product condition. This helps verify any damage, defect, or incorrect item claims more quickly.

4. Product Condition

The purchased item should be unused and in the same condition as you received it.

5. Return Process

If your return request is approved:

• We will provide instructions for returning the product.
• The product must be returned in the original condition with all accessories and packaging intact unless damaged on arrival.
• Upon receipt, we will inspect the return and determine whether to provide a replacement or refund.

6. Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 1 to 2 business days and credited to your original payment method. Processing times may vary by payment provider.
