Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy
At Tiffany Watch Straps, we aim to provide you with quality products and a seamless experience. This policy explains when cancellations, returns, and refunds are available and how to request them.
1. Order Cancellations
Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting our customer service. Cancellations are accepted only if the order has not entered processing or shipping. Once processing begins, cancellations will not be accepted.
2. Returns and Refunds — When Eligible
Returns and refunds are available if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect (e.g., wrong model, size, or color).
- You notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear evidence (photos/videos).
We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind or if the product simply fails to meet personal expectations when it matches the description.
3. Evidence and Unboxing
To support your claim, we require you to record a full, uncut unboxing video showing the product condition upon receipt. This helps verify any damage, defect, or incorrect item claims more quickly.
4. Product Condition
The purchased item should be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
5. Return Process
If your return request is approved:
- We will provide instructions for returning the product.
- The product must be returned in the original condition with all accessories and packaging intact unless damaged on arrival.
- Upon receipt, we will inspect the return and determine whether to provide a replacement or refund.
6. Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 1 to 6 business days and credited to your original payment method. Processing times may vary by payment provider.
